No return investment

I'll actively advise against using Xfinity as an Internet provider, the indecisiveness of the assistance, being continually transferred back and forth between departments, where neither of the representatives help resolve my issue, still left with not being able to pay a balance, the websites customer service portal has its own issue where it only refers you back to the problem instead of rising a solution, after a 56 minute call I've been left with nothing resolved and a call back number that's disconnected, completely unsatisfied with Xfinity and Xfinity prepaid service and I will actively speak against the company in any case that prevents future potential customers from trusting Xfinity like I, regrettably, have done
