Hi @user_47e18c and thank you for taking the time to reach out! Is there an issue with the current touchscreen? If so, what trouble is it having? And do you happen to own the touchscreen or is yours an rented version?
You sent me a letter stating that I need to contact you so you can send me a new Touchscreen Power Adapter.
