New Gateway and WiFi Pro Booster, now my old Security Touchscreen does not connect to new network

I went to my local Xfinity store today and they upgraded my gateway and included a Wi-Fi Pro extender. The gateway is now installed however, now the existing security touch panel is not connecting to the new gateway. Can someone please assist me with this? I have tried for about an hour to change the settings in the touchscreen, but it’s too old and antiquated

Xfinity support on the phone was able to provide me with a “management” passcode to enter a hidden network accessibility feature. From there I was able to select the newly configured network and that worked.

user_9sz0d8 Thank you so much for stopping in for help with your touchscreen not connecting to your new gateway. That would be frustrating. I use my touchscreen a lot. I would start by checking out our reconnecting your touchscreen support page to see how to troubleshoot and reset your touchscreen. If you still have issues after please let me know.
