Netgear CM 2050V - Engineer sent the wrong configuration for my device - SW Download INIT - Via Config file d11_m_cm1000_ultrafast_c01.cm
I have been trying to get this resolved for 3 weeks. I called to upgrade my speed, they sent the config, and now my Netgear CM 2050V is not working properly.
PLEASE - I have had tickets opened, escalated, closed with zero resolution, and zero communication. I have had an Xfinity engineer at my home confirming the issue. Please just help me get in touch with someone that can do something to fix a very simple problem.
