Need tech support

Have tried several times to reach An agent . Have called and still no luck. I need a signal sent to my back camera which requires talking to someone.

Are you still having troubles? Have you attempted to send a reset signal via the Xfinity App? There are some great troubleshooting steps here. Please let us know if you have any other questions/concerns, or still having troubles after the refresh.
