Need service at my new construction home

I have been going back and forth with Xfinity since early August about getting service at my new home. They have sent out technicians multiple times and we haven’t gotten anywhere. Our new home is over 300 feet off the road and someone was supposed to do a survey and help move this along and they have yet to come out or respond to my calls.
