Movie trailer / cable box upgrade

I have had Comcast/ Xfinity Service for 30 plus years. I'm a senior citizen and disabled. I supposedly have a grandfathered plan where I pay less for the services I have then I would otherwise. My services including internet are still almost $400 a month. This billion dollar company will always find a way to extract more money from the consumer. The fees that they charge for services and equipment rental is just exorbitant. The course will continue to creep up here and there with no end in sight. My TV is really all I have for any kind of personal entertainment and it just sucks my bank account dry. It's a shame. But for the most part your hands are tied.

To send a "Direct Message" to Xfinity Support:

 

Click "Sign In" if necessary

Click the "Direct Messaging" icon 

Click the "New message" icon
The "To:" line prompts you to "Type the name of a person". Instead, type "Xfinity Support" there

As you are typing a drop-down list appears. Select "Xfinity Support" from that list

An "Xfinity Support" graphic replaces the "To:" line

Type your message in the text area near the bottom of the window and press Enter to send it.
