live video no longer traversing my home network
Is it just me or do other people have trouble with their Xfinity home network? Xfinity did work in my area and sent notifications that they were working on upgrades and I may experience outages. They finished their work and sent a notification that all went well on the upgrades. While they were upgrading my home surveillance system no longer showed live video. I waited for them to finish. Still no live video. note: it still records video and playback is the same quality it ever was. cameras still show as connected in the Xfinity app complete with IP addresses. I decommissioned my zmodo cameras and bought a Reolink Hup Pro with four Lumus cameras. Almost the same trouble. Live video now traverses my network but is unusable because of tremendous lag and herky jerky images. Playback is very sharp. I noticed that my liftmaster garage door opening has no live video on the MyQ app. It records when motion is detected but no live feed. It says. "Oh no! Something's not working. Please try again". I've tried many times and no live feed. What the heck is going on? Anyone else reporting the issue?

Good Morning, @user_guz8y5! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your video feeds on your Xfinity Home cameras, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Just to ensure I am on the same page as you, are the cameras provided from us still plugged in and they are not working at all? If so, can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you have completed?
