live video no longer traversing my home network

Is it just me or do other people have trouble with their Xfinity home network? Xfinity did work in my area and sent notifications that they were working on upgrades and I may experience outages. They finished their work and sent a notification that all went well on the upgrades. While they were upgrading my home surveillance system no longer showed live video. I waited for them to finish. Still no live video. note: it still records video and playback is the same quality it ever was. cameras still show as connected in the Xfinity app complete with IP addresses. I decommissioned my zmodo cameras and bought a Reolink Hup Pro with four Lumus cameras. Almost the same trouble. Live video now traverses my network but is unusable because of tremendous lag and herky jerky images. Playback is very sharp. I noticed that my liftmaster garage door opening has no live video on the MyQ app. It records when motion is detected but no live feed. It says. "Oh no! Something's not working. Please try again". I've tried many times and no live feed. What the heck is going on? Anyone else reporting the issue?

Good Morning, @user_guz8y5! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the experience with your video feeds on your Xfinity Home cameras, it certainly is not what we want for our customers. Just to ensure I am on the same page as you, are the cameras provided from us still plugged in and they are not working at all? If so, can you share with us any troubleshooting steps you have completed?

These are not Xfinity cameras, yet.  Installation of Xfinity cameras and ring style doorbell is scheduled for Wednesday the 2nd.  I had four zmodo cameras for over 5 years.  They always worked well.  During and after competition of the "planned maintenance" on August 13th in my area, live video is no longer accessible.  I tried many things to get live video working again to no avail.  I removed the zmodo cameras as they were old and it was time to upgrade anyway.  I started installing a Reolink Hub Pro with four Lumus cameras.  I could not get live video to function.  Recording and viewing recorded video was perfect (as was the zmodo recordings).  Even sitting next to the XB8 gateway, I could not get workable live video on the new Lumus cameras during setup.  I gave up and I am returning the Reolink system.  As I continue to troubleshoot my network, I found that my Liftmaster garage door opener with the MyQ camera and voice no longer has voice or video.  I can't tell the Amazon delivery guy to put it on the porch or wherever.
Bottom line is that whatever "Upgrade" Xfinity did ending August 13th in Contra Costa County East, affected transmission of voice & video data.  I tried using the Xfinity app & the gateway web server pages: 10.1.1.0, to adjust firewall settings/advance security/5GHz to 2.4GHz, etc. to allow live video packets (UDP and/or TCP/IP) to traverse my network.  Xfinity changed something and i cannot find it.
Lastly, I swapped out my XB8 gateway for a new XB8, hoping this might be the trouble.  Nope. No changes.
So, I am paying the $100.00 for an Xfinity technician to install my two new Xfinity cameras and doorbell.  Normally, I'd do it myself.  But with all this trouble, I decided to let the technician take a shot at it.  Wednesday the 2nd is the install date.  I'll be sure to check back in and let y'all know how it goes.  I set my gateway back to default settings since my changes did nothing.
See you soon!   : - ]
