Line hanging

There is a line hanging from the pole & across the road at 6042 Cotter Ave, Sterling Hts Mi 48314.  The fire dept came out & moved the line out of the road & said to call Xfinity.  The line is still hanging on my neighbors house & hangs really low in the street.
