kwikset smart lock (w/out the front door number pad)

i have the kwikset (i believe 914) without the code pad on the outside.  i installed storm ready wifi 2 weeks ago and just realizing that at the time of install it kicked out my pods and my kwikset lock. over the past 2 days i've chatted and spoken to numerous "agents" that really didn't know what to do other than restart the gateway and transfer me to another dept or refer me to kwikset and a 3rd party hello tech service that is going to charge me for the visit.  i kwikset customer service tested the lock with me and it works fine. referred me back to xfinity. i've tried every troubleshooting method that i can find and nothing is working.  does anyone have just the inside deadbolt lock and have you ever tried to pair it again with xfinity wifi? i also am unable to delete the 2 locks i have from the app-won't let me do it.   i'm at a loss and xfinity is apparently going to escalate this, but honestly it's shouldn't be this hard. 

to be transparent- i did speak with a tom this morning who was in the US and helped me at least get my pods online, but did anyone else know that when you connect the storm ready wifi and battery your 1st generation X5 pods are not compatible? ( spoke with a Sophie in consumer research also this morning who said she would forward that very important info to someone..certainly the store isn't going to tell you that)
