Keypad sensor is stating replace batteries soon and then without doing anything batteries replaced
This has been going on for over a week and it was not until they mailed out the new touchscreen power cord. Spoke with agent who said to replace batteries like I’m dumb. Batteries are fine and this is continually happening. Batteries need to be replaced soon and then batteries have been replaced. Sometimes within a few minutes and sometimes over a day. Nothing is being done by me to the keypad

I can see how this would be frustrating, especially if you have tried to resolve the issue on your end. There are a few things that give you this message. May I ask about how far away the keypad is from your touchscreen, and do you see a green light on the inside of your keypad where the batteries were replaced?
