Internet outage

I live in Colo springs and I have Xfinity. I play online games and have zoom calls every now and again. My Xfinity WiFi keeps going out every hour or so and it’ll turn back on in a few minutes. The problem hasn’t been fixed ever since I reached out to Xfinity and whenever I call it’s a dumb AI that answers the phone. And before you ask yes my router is fine and everything is attached properly and fastened.
