Infinity camera

I have 6 cam from xfinity now last nite I heard something outside my house last night and I said get away from my house the 2way voice cams had a lot of feedback distorted the volume static and all and the feedback was so loud It came not only through the 2way cams also through my phone

fancie77fancie Thank you for posting on our community forum to let us know about the distortion when you used the audio feature on your Xfinity camera. I love being able to speak through my cameras while in the safety of my home :). Let's make sure it's working properly. How close to the camera were you when you spoke into the microphone? You can find common troubleshooting steps here if needed.
