Icamera2 not connecting

I purchased 2 new Icamera2's to replace 2 older model Xfinity cameras because the cord fell apart on one camera (Cameras have been installed since 2014).  I cannot connect either of these cameras.  I have tried using the Y connector that came with the cameras directly to the router, I have tried connecting through touchscreen, I have tried connecting wifi only.  I have rebooted the router, I have rebooted the touchscreen.  I can't add these cameras through my app because the cameras are not listed to be added  I have even gone on YouTube to see if I can get some help.  Nothing.  I am at my wits end and just want my cameras to work.  I have called before about getting updated cameras but the person on the phone was not helpful.

user_dqt4kt Thank you for your post! Did you purchase these through Xfinity or a 3rd-party website? The iCam 2's are currently end-of-life and must be paired via Xfinity Technician.
