How to order equipment when it is for a rental, where we don't live.

We got an email that we need new equipment for our touchscreen. I've had to order equipment before and they will not send it to our actual home. The equipment is for a RENTAL CABIN 4 hours away from us. If they send it there it will be lost. Only renters will be there. How can I get them to send us the equipment to our home? The bill is sent to our home address.

@user_532cd5 Customers can use the UPS My Choice program to change their Getting Started kit delivery date and reroute their packages to a UPS Access Point or store location for a small fee.

@user_532cd5 You also have the option to set up an order for pickup at the store! This option is free of charge.
