Hey there, @user_vhc3xo! Thank you so much for taking the time to reach out to us here on the Xfinity Forums! I am very sorry to hear about the Xfinity Home sensor having a tamper alert on the device. Have you attempted to delete the device and re-add it? Since you have replaced the batteries as that could be the first issue with the alerts. Please let us know.
