How can I recover my cameras footage longer than 7 days.
Hello all,
Hopefully this is possible. How can I recover camera footage longer than 7 days? I am in need of a specific date & time due potential legal matters regarding a company? Is it possible to pull from the web?

Greetings, @user_hvgn1z! I hope your week has been treating you well. Thanks so much for taking a moment out of your busy day to leave a post on our community forum about your Xfinity Home camera footage. You have definitely come to the right place for assistance.
According to our support page, images and video clips that are taken by you or created by system rules are available in the Activity tab in the Xfinity Home app for 30 days. After 30 days, images are removed, and you can no longer access them. If the recording was not saved, it will only be available for 7 days.
