Home Tab in Xfinity App for Customers with non-xFi Gateways or Owned Modems
Beginning today we are rolling out functionality in the latest version of the Xfinity app which will allow customers who have non-xFi Gateways or owned modems and Xfinity Home Pro Protection service to use additional features!
Enhancements include viewing a full timeline of recorded video for 24/7 Video Recording customers (easily review every second of video, not just motion events) and the ability to turn on Camera motion notifications in each camera's settings.
If you have a non-Xfi Gateway or your own modem, please make sure to download the Xfinity app version 3.47 or newer and check in regularly. Once the new functionality is made available to you, you'll see that you have access to a new "Home" tab within the Xfinity App.
