I’m very [Edited: "Language"] to know that I have been a loyal customer of Xfinity for years. I ordered the Xfinity Home Pro Security System to be installed and the technician tells me that my house doesn’t quality because I have a corner house. It’s a privacy issue. They were extremely late. I waited from 8am until after 5pm for an arrival. So how am I supposed to secure my house? If I feel like I need camera. He then proceeded to downgrade my account to a self monitoring system. I spoke with a Xfinity Home Security department after and demanded a copy of that statement and clause. There is no such Clause.
