Home security cameras
I have the xfinity home security cameras which are hooked up I have xfinity internet and TV. I want to know can i use my cameras on a phone app without home security service they are hard wire with power supply is there an app out there. Also is there an xfi gateway you can purchase without leasing

Hello @user_0aba9e! We appreciate you reaching out to us here on our Xfinity Forums. We don't offer any xFi gateways for purchase. If you were hoping to use our Xfinity app to manage your in-home Wi-Fi and set up profiles for your family members you would need to lease a gateway from us. I've got 3 kids and love the Xfinity app since I'm able to set up a bedtime setting where their devices can't connect from 8:30 PM - 6 AM. Additionally, I no longer have to change the Wi-Fi password if one of them gets in trouble, I just pause their profile and BAM! No internet for them until they are no longer grouunded.
As far as the question regarding the Xfinity home cameras, I'd like to take a look at the account to make sure I am providing accurate information as it can depend on if you have our self-protection in order to utilize the Xfinity app with the cameras.
