help
I'm having problems with my WiFi service with my cell phone. If drive about 20 miles from my home to a restraint to eat, and If I would like to check on my dogs with my cameras. It says you don't have any WiFi. But this restraint I have visited many times and had no problems before. All it show me at the WiFi (On). We went shopping after we eat at WinCo and its just about 6 miles from our home and the same thing happen WiFi (on), but its not working. We like to keep tabs on our home and dogs , we need to have this service when we are away. This service was working great tell today. Can you help with this? Hey there, I'm certainly sorry to hear about the wifi troubles. I have dogs as well, so I know how important it is to check in on them. In regard to the trouble, there are a few things to check. If it's not an XFINITY Wifi hotspot, you may need to enter the location's own wifi password. If it's an XFINITY Wifi hotspot, you can connect via these steps, https://comca.st/3wcs7zc.
