Hi, @user_01fac6.

I want to make sure we are understanding the situation here correctly. Are you stating someone hacked your Wi-Fi connection? If so, have you spoken to our (CSA) customer security assurance team?

I know my next door neighbor,or someone he knows, because he wants me and my wife to think he is hearing every word we say and my two geenie security cameras one out door and one indoor having control of them both shutting them off ,screaming through them at night thinking someone is in the house, having footage and recordings we.have 2 tcl Roku smart TV's and will shut off or change channels whenever. They know every job I'm applying for on indeed or other job sites but they can't get into our front porch Xfinity camera  .At my last job my co workers were telling me what I was eating in my kitchen and when interviewing and getting a job they are recording me telling them ,my employer, nasty things that are not true .I don't know what to do but go over there but that's what he wants making it really hard to get and keep a job .I had to disconnect my 2 geenie cameras because don't want people hearing and seeing what we do they knew where I was going or doing .This is going on two years I had two outside blink cameras stolen off the side of my house and they shut off the footage.before they did it that's when I called Comcast and the technician gave us a new router and changed password and wifi name which I been doing on a regular but they still got in I don't know what to do if they are getting in on one of our phones ,TV's,Google home mini.Doescanyone have any reconditions and can easily turn ugly on both ends.

@user_01fac6, yikes, that sounds like a nightmare and I'm sorry you've had to deal with this for so long. That's pretty much the worst neighbor story I've heard, I can't even imagine what you've been going through. The good news is that we do have a dedicated team that tackles these types of issues. Our Customer Security Assurance team is amazing and can definitely take point on this issue. You can reach our CSA team directly on their website to get the ball rolling. Or you can even reach out to their phone team at 1-888-565-4329, which is available 6a-7a EST 7-days a week. If you haven't already, can you please let me know if you're able to reach out to them? I'm really happy to have them on our side to fight for our customers, so I'm proud Xfinity provides this type of support.
