Fire alarm not connecting to Wi-Fi after replacing battery

Replaced batteries in two fire/smoke alarms. The basement alarm reconnected to system but upstairs alarm will not reconnect.

Tried over and over to repair as told on system desktop control but no luck.

Thanks for reaching out to us we do apologize for any inconvenience,  clarify are the smoke alarms purchased through xfinity or through a third party company?

What I recommend is the smoke alarm that's not connecting to your wi-fi,  is go take it down and bring it closer to the xfinity modem and go through the activation process again on the xfinity app

I’ve had the same issues with my xfinity cameras,  and what I’ll do is I will remove it from the xfinity app,  go bring the camera closer to my modem to get a stronger wi-fi connection  and generally I can resync it back to my wi-fi and then go move it back to the location where I need it at.
