Faulty sensors Home Security

Xfinity has a home security sensor issue... the current sensors installed are a new brand and they come from China.

Xfinity knows there's an issue with these sensors and refuses to fix the issue internally. I've had 3 techs come out for the same issue in the last 3weeks to no avail.

They have all stated that these new sensors have been an internal issue and the only fix is to have the old sensors installed if the tech has them on the truck.

Moving the sensors around or realigning them simply does not work. The sesnsors are bad themselves and all the techs know this and have stated so. The old sensor brand works, the new brand being installed to save on cost are faulty.

This is sad and the way Xfinity is handling this situation is garbage. Will be cancelling this service... their current Home Security service is unrealiable.
