False alarms/ false open/close

The last two times I have alarmed my house to away and left town I’ve gotten multiple false open/close alerts and two alarm triggers.  So pissed I disconnected the service.  How do I now get rid of the equipment?

user_4ijunn I am sorry to hear about the false alerts. I know the window sensors are very sensitive and I have had one go off when the cooler clicked on while we were out so I understand. I had to readjust where the sensor was mounted to ensure it stopped. Most of the equipment for our security services is purchased outright and is yours to keep unless you are within the 30-day return period. @XfinityAmandaB​ both times at my house it's been door sensors...and different doors.
