Fail: myQ being discontinued

Got this is my email today. XFINITY is shutting off connectivity with. Chamberlain/Liftmaster myQ garage doors in mid-August
It’s been literally four years of almost no new rules or innovation in the home app.
It’s been thee years since the web rules control panel was taken away.
It’s been almost two years since XFINITY bought home automation app stringify with still nothing to show for it.
Are you just going to keep taking more and more out of the XFINITY Home service?

Agree.  And now you have to have two apps to be able to access all your home equipment.  The Home app and the Xfinity app if you want to view your live 24/7 camera feeds.  Definitely seem to be moving in the wrong direction. with regards to customer support and satisfaction. Blaming everything on COVID, but their tech team should not have been effected by this as all.

Just got this email today. Seems Xfinity and Chanberlin couldn’t work out the numbers to make this still available for customers or not enough people were using it to make it worth the money.
