Exchange Video Doorbell Camera

I had a video doorbell camera installed by the folks recommended by Xfinity. The video door bell camera connected while he was here. A couple days later, it stopped connecting. Troubleshooting required that I restart the video doorbell camera (VDC). While removing the white casing from the VDC to reach the reset hole, the tiny plastic band surrounding the screw broke from its hold and the entire camera fell. Nothing broke except that tiny black band. It is not repairable. Would like to exchange for a new one. How to do that?
