I have a camera that Xfinity sent me, because the front camera was working halfway. With this virus around they wouldn't send a tech out. I can't get the camera to work and I can't get any help. All you can get on the phone is that robot or whatever it is, about our bill. If I can't get anyone to help me with this, we will get another company for our services. Even though we have been with you people for 12 yrs. No help no money or service. We will get someone else. Shirley Rabun
