emergency line down in road

How can I get someone to fix the detached line, both the power company and Verizon were out, it is Xfinity/Comcast line that possibly a truck hit going by and took it out.  Both the other lines were fixed, but this one you need to fix.  I already called, 4/29, spoke with Clare, but have received no email, text or phone call to rectify this.  I am almost garroted just walking from my car to the front door.  The power company lifted it off with a rope into my tree, but it is sagging and all the wires are loose at the house.
