Ecobee Thermostats via XFi Pod

Hi - have 6 Ecobee thermostats; 4 connect directly to router with no issues; 2 connect to our home network via an XFi Pod, but these 2 thermostats cannot connect to internet at all, hence not controllable via Xfinity Home; home is combined 2.4/5GHz...any suggestions?
