DVR issues

Either it doesn’t record the full show or won’t allow me to get past a certain point. Also, it’s choppy if I do get to see the whole show.

Hello, @user_iyjr2m - Thank you for posting your DVR concerns. I'm sorry to hear about the trouble you've been having, and I'd love to see what we can do to help! How long have you had this TV Box? Are you able to confirm from the label what model it is? And may I ask what troubleshooting you've tried so far such as power cycling the box, sending a restart signal from the Xfinity App, etc.?
