If your home doesn't have existing doorbell wiring, you may be able to exchange the video doorbell for a different camera option, or return it if it's still within the return period. You can return the Xfinity Video Doorbell within 30 days of purchase or delivery by:
Taking it to an Xfinity Store, or
Using the Xfinity Return Center to generate a prepaid return label.
