DOor Sensor

Replaced battery and still not working.  It is was installed in 2019.  Will I need to get all new sensors or can I replace that one?  And can I get one in the Xfinity store?

user_98s2na Hi there! Thank you for creating the post, I'm sorry that the door sensor is not working. I know how concerning this can be for your home security. Replacement sensors can be ordered, however they are not available in our Xfinity stores. 
I wonder if the sensor became unpaired from your account. Are you able to see the device on the touchscreen or Xfinity app?
