We have 4 door sensors and one of the doors sensors requires a new battery every 3 months while the other last for years. Can we replace this door sensor?

We can look into troubleshooting this device before you commit to purchasing a new one if you'd like. Have you tried resetting the door sensor? Is this door used more than the other entryways to your home?
