Door sensor stopped working

I changed the battery in my door sensor and it is no longer communicating with the touch pad.  As a result I need to bypass the sensor in order to arm my system.  How do I get a replacement sensor?

Hi testenerson, thank you for reaching out to us here with this concern. Your security is our main priority and we certainly want to get this taken care of sooner than later so that you have the peace of mind that all your windows and doors are covered. You can visit an Xfinity service center to pick up another window/door sensor or we can have one shipped to you. In this case I would recomend having a tech come out to look at the sensor for you and possibly conenct it to the touch pad. If the sensor needs to be replaced they can repalce it for you at that time. Please reach back out to us here for further asisstance.
