Door sensor not working

If your door sensor is not working, follow these steps to troubleshoot:

1. Confirm the battery tab has been removed.
2. Ensure the sensor is within 10 to 15 feet of the hub or touchscreen.
3. Restart the sensor by removing and reinserting the battery.
4. Check for low battery alerts and replace the battery if necessary.
5. Ensure the sensor and magnet are aligned correctly.
