Dispute charges for Equipment I never received

I have been dealing with this issue for almost a year since 11/15/2025. I have called in countless amounts of times. I have been transferred to 4 or 5 different departments every time I call with no help! I have been told the issue was escalated and no one ever calls me back.  Can someone who has authority and comprehension skills to help me with this please
