Customer service

Lousy service. I've written this post 3 times. However, I  will post because I am so annoyed with this business  and their procedures. They schedule me for an appointment and I believed they overbooked just like the airlines because no one showed up at my door. I have the receipts, their videotape no one at the door at allotted time frame.  But they sent me a text stating someone was at my door. Definitely not at my door! They also sent me a test stating they had a better resolution to my issue which required a new sensor and .motion detector on 12 ft high ceilings. To top it off I'm on a waitlist the day I'm scheduled to fly out of town!! Great, just great!
