Constant "Touchscreen was Jammed" errors

My mother in law has XFinity Home and I'm trying help her with an ongoing issue. She has had the system for four years but in the last month, she's had ongoing issues.

One such issue is a "Touchscreen was jammed" error that is followed up in about 10 - 30 minutes with a "Signal Interference Resolved".

During this 10 - 30 minute time she cannot arm or disarm the alarm.

This happens 5 to 15 times a day!

What can cause this sudden onset of interference?

She DID have a replacement modem setup about a month ago.

Did she get this resolved?  Same thing happening here...modem replaced 1 month ago.  Tech out this week...said it was fixed.  That lasted 2 hours.
