Connecting Xfinity Camera to Home app
I just got the Indoor HD camera and have successfully connected via the Xfinity app. I think I also need to connect the camera to the Home app and I've tried that and it's not connecting. I deleted the device on the Xfinity app and still unsuccessful in connecting via the Home app. Any suggestions.

randy1264 thank you for using the Xfinity Community Forums page to reach out today. We would be happy to assist you with your new camera setup. Are you getting any error messages when attempting to connect via the home app?

Same problem here. Did you ever figure out the solution? I am not getting an error message, just that the HOME app isn't detecting the camera, even when I hold my phone close to the power adapter and also when I try to QR code. Nothing works.

Hi @randy1264 and @user_oze89m - sorry for the confusion! The Xfinity app is the best place for most customers to go to for Cameras.
The Video Doorbell and our latest Indoor camera (the xCam3) are paired and available for viewing in the Xfinity App (not the Xfinity Home app). You can also view them on your Xfinity Home Touchscreen or on your TV if you have X1 (say "Xfinity Home Cameras" into your remote).
The current Indoor/Outdoor camera (xCam2) and older camera models which are no longer sold (such as the original xCam or iCam2) are viewable in both the Xfinity app and Xfinity Home app.
Some additional details on our camera models are available here: https://www.xfinity.com/support/articles/identify-xfinity-cameras
With the Xfinity App, not only are all camera models supported, but you can also utilize a number of additional features:
I hope this is helpful!
