I used to have a Xfinity Home subscription for a long time. It was disconnected but the Xfinity Home keypad still have the microphone open and possibly have people listening to my family private conversations. I want to know if there is a possibility of Xfinity listening or tapping the keypad after subscription has ended.

Hello user_4k67w2! Thanks so much for reaching out and checking with the community. Privacy is vital to our customers and I completely understand your concerns with the keypad. The microphone and camera on our Xfinity Home touchscreen devices are turned off by default. The tools are not used for services at this time and would stay off by default.
