Can’t set up my indoor cam

Can’t set up indoor cam, but it says connected to internet? Unplugged, reset, restarted and deleted and installed app, deleted from my group and forget device. Done everything i can think of to do. What now?

@XfinityEmilyB​  after I worked on it for several hrs and called support and they did what they could but still it wasn’t fixed, i went to bed and it worked the following morning. I’m so glad it’s working again, because where i live i use it for security facing outside. Without it i do get scared. Ty for your help and support.
