Cancel WiFi Service

My father just passed, he left everything to my brother, he is selling the house out from under me. I will no longer have a place to live next November. I need to cancel my WiFi service. I have been trying to cancel the service but keep getting the run around and sent to different departments, disconnected, told the service is down, that my code has expired, etc, etc. I just need to cancel this service. Please help me.
