Cancel old Internet service without a phone call

I moved out of my previous apartment and need to cancel my old Xfinity Internet service. Xfinity Assistant only offers a callback, but I would like to complete the cancellation in writing.

Could an Xfinity Support representative help me through private messages? I have another active Xfinity Internet account and Xfinity Mobile service that must remain unchanged.
