I think if you call for technical support for XFINITY home, and ask for installation a tech will do it. There is a charge for it though. You have to have an hard wired doorbell and you need to have a doorbell chime in your home along with the correct transformer installed somewhere. Sometimes the transformer is inside the doorbell chime box, some times in on the side of your electric entrance box. Ours in installed on the side of a light in our laundry room a few feet away from the electric entrance box. I think if you looked on You Tube you might find information about it.
