Cameras are taking over 30 seconds to load

Both of my cameras are taking over 30 seconds to load in the XFINITY app. Sometimes more than a minute. Thoughts on how to reduce the load time so that I can catch activity before it’s gone?

Hello @mj2022! Thanks for reaching out to us here on the Xfinity Forums for support. I'm sorry to hear you are having such a delay when loading your camera feeds, but you've come to the right place and we would love to help.

 

To start off with, can you tell me what kinds of troubleshooting you've already done thus far including wifi troubleshooting such as restarting your gateway/router or re-locating it?
