Camera/Doorbell notifications

We had two cameras and a doorbell installed on the 8th at my mother's house. We both have iPhone 13 pro max's. Neither of us are getting notification's for any events on the cameras nor the doorbell. Notifications for all events are turned on inside of the app for both phones. I have tried using just deliveries or people for notifications and that did not change anything. Both phones have notification settings allowed for xfinity and xfinity home from the settings in our phones as well. The tech did notice before he left that the notifications were not working and told us to contact support if things did not change within the next couple days.
