Just had a new camera installed today by an Xfinity tech. It is not showing up on the touchpad. Shows me "preview unavailable". How do I rectify?

@user_223f8b. Thanks for creating a post on our Community Forums. I'm sorry to hear that the camera is giving you some trouble just after installation. That is definitely not the experience I want for any of my customers and I'd love to help if you are still having some trouble. Have you tried to see if the camera can be viewed from the Xfinity app or the Xfinity Home app?
