Camera not recording events

I have 24/7 recording on. It’s giving notifications but not being allowed to view recordings of events

Hi there @Amatt83 Thank you so much for reaching out on our Xfinity Community Forum about not being able to access your recordings.  I'll be happy to assist.  

 

If you have 24/7 Video Recording enabled but cannot view recordings of events, ensure that you are using the correct app (Xfinity app or Xfinity Home app) and that your camera is properly set up. You can check your camera settings to confirm that recording is active. Additionally, make sure you are accessing the recorded videos through the appropriate interface, such as the X1 TV Box or the mobile app.  Please click the link below for more info.
